I come from a competitive athletic background and have devoted my life to the pursuit of movement and optimizing health. My journey, which includes personal experiences in competition, overcoming injuries, relevant job roles, and formal education in exercise science, has given me a deep understanding of how the human body functions and how it can reach its full potential. I firmly believe that almost no movements are off-limits or unattainable, and
with the right training, we can all achieve our physical aspirations.
My professional experience encompasses roles in medical transcription and assisting in primary care, pediatrics, and orthopedics. Additionally, I have a background in coaching Olympic lifting techniques, training both athletes and fitness novices, as well as working with individuals with unique health and physical requirements. My specialization lies in functional training, where I prioritize building a solid foundation encompassing movement proficiency, proprioception (body spatial awareness), mobility, and strength. I firmly believe that these components are fundamental in enabling individuals to reach their maximum potential and attain their fitness objectives in a sustainable manner.
